National Delivery -

We offer delivery to the UK main land. We are unable to export orders outside of the UK. Pans larger than 100cm diameter cannot be delivered to Northern Ireland, or the Scottish islands.

Please note: Minimum order value for delivery is £15.00.

Due to an increased demand for our products, any orders that are placed after 5.00pm Thursday won't be processed until the following Monday.

We charge a flat fee for delivery of an order which weighs under 10kg, which is as follows:
England/Scotland/Wales £9.95*

For orders that are 0kg - 20kg, the delivery fee is £9.95.

For orders that are > 20kg, the delivery fee is £34.95.

Someone should be there to sign for the delivery: However, during the Covid-19 crisis we do no require a signature to ensure proper social distancing.

A signature is usually required on delivery, so if you are not going to be at home we're more than happy to deliver to a work address. If you prefer, we can request (although not guarantee) the delivery driver leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour. Please note that parcels not signed for at the delivery address will not be insured against loss or damage. This is undertaken at your own risk.

Please note: Standard shipping is 3 working days. During busy periods we cannot always guarantee this. As we use third party courier services to deliver your order we also cannot guarantee that they will always be able to ship your order to you within this time frame.
